If we want to remove Russia from influencing politics, the European and world economy, we must first of all begin to win over the media in the world and start a campaign of telling the truth about the expansion of imperial Russia from the tsarist times, and the mechanisms used by imperial and Soviet Russia with respect to the conquered lands and nations .

Poland, together with the countries of NATO's eastern flank, must create a media narrative in order to jointly oppose the false propaganda of the Kremlin. We must finally reach the Western elite with our narrative and give ordinary Russians an objective account of missile attacks on hospitals, orphanages, nuclear reactors and the infrastructure that serves ordinary people.

Funds will be distributed for medical needs of citizens in Ukraine and refugee needs in Poland through the Council on Aid to Ukrainians of the Ukrainian Congress Committee of America (UCCA).

We talk little about it, but it is our national trait to be a humble and proud nation, while others promote their own actions, even if they are irrelevant. With some disbelief, I listen to the words that Great Britain has always helped Poland. I listen with fear to the words about the "second Afghanistan," and about the new alliance Great Britain-Poland-Ukraine, which is perhaps supposed to force France and Germany to be more active.

On November 28 – December 1, 1943 in Tehran a meeting of the leaders of the anti-Nazi coalition (the so-called Big Three): US President Franklin Delano Roosevelt, British Prime Minister Winston Churchill and Soviet leader Joseph Stalin, was held. Key decisions were made there to end World War II, and Central and Eastern Europe was sold there for a promise to support America in the war with Japan.

The idea of ​​reactivating Kuryer Polski arose in the city of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, which has always been an important center of Polish life. The so-called "old" Polish community still remembers the image of Kuryer as a newspaper standing up for concrete Polish causes in America.

The greatest threat to the security of the United States at present is the partisan perception of US politics. Putting party interests above the American raison d'etat causes the greatest dysfunction of the American political system and it is a threat not only to the US political system, but also a threat to the global security system.

Since 2016, there has been a discussion in the Polish media space about how to defend Poland's good name. Representatives of political circles, academic representatives of the media, clergy and many others participated in this discussion. At the moment, the debate continues. Almost all diagnoses have been made. It was decided what to do. And what happened? Nothing.

I must admit that this text has been in the back of my mind for several years. I have not written it earlier out of concern for the good name of the Polish community in America, of which I am an integral part, but recently some situations just irritate me.

The celebration of Independence forces us all to reflect. It forces us to analyze the facts: what has been done to fix Poland and what has not. Many activities after 1989 are still in doubt.

Poles have lost their independence twice in their history. They lost it in stages for the first time, handing over border areas to their neighbors three times (I partition of Poland - 1772, II - 1793, III - 1795). After the defeat of the Kościuszko Uprising and the last partition, the name of Poland disappeared from the maps of Europe and the world for 123 years.
